Before I discovered the Superbond Method, I was trying #allthethings to connect with my kids

Hi, I'm Sarah Morrison.
I am a mom of 6 children…. and I think I've held all the "mom roles".  My kids range from toddler to teenager.  I homeschooled. I was the main stay-at-home parent.  Then I found myself divorced and being a single mom while starting my own business and then transitioned to full-time working mom of an infant.  (Phew... I get tired just reading that again.)

And I was proud of my all I had done.

But all the Instagram pictures, Facebook ads and magazine covers glorified a life I actually didn't have.. or truthfully want. 
As I saw my kids quickly growing up, I desperately wanted to connect on a deeper level with them - but with no more hours in the day or dollars in the bank, I was at a loss.

I needed something that wouldn’t take a lot of time (I was working full-time and trying to homeschool as a single parent). 5 minutes or less, that’s what I’ve got.

I needed something that was unique to each of my 6 children without reading multiple parenting books and building fancy systems. After all, each child has a different personality type and operating system. 

And I needed something simple, because fitting yet one more habit into our busy lives was going to be really difficult.
